Everything is close to the apartment, grocery store, bakery, restaurants and the beach. There are washing salon only 2 min away from the apartment so you can wash used clothes, with washing machine and tumbler, it takes 30 min for washing and 12min for tumbling, 6 euros for washing and 2 euro for tumbler. The parking next to it, has a charging station for 4 electric cars but you need your own plug for it. You have a forest park behind the apartment where you can take a walk. The parking on the apartment has 4 parkings below trees, so I would recommend to take a tree resin remover with you, to remove stains on the car, 10km away is a few car wash stations if you need it.

The location of this place is great. Everything is nearby, sea views. Walking distance to Chioggia. The apartment was clean, and the host was very helpful. Already looking for dates to come back.

We spent a week here and could quite easily spend longer. The apartment was super clean, location fantastic and Paolo so helpful. Lovely little attic room which easily fit four. Loved the space and not too far from Chur West station. McDonald’s and KFC right below was handy as was little shop.
