Best service I have received in Asia so far from Ali. He was always available if we had any questions or needed help. It shows that the right person at the right position can make a big difference. We liked his service so much, that we will come back in 10 days for a second stay. The room was very clean and very well maintained. Also worth mentioning is the gym. Very well equipped with good machines, free weight area. One of the best hotel gyms I have seen so far in Asia. Well maintained and it was a pleasure to workout there! Maybe because its still new and still under renovation, so i got to book with cheaper price. Room was clean and good.Toiletries was provided. Wifi signal strong. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was free for the moment. All good and satisfying.

The apartment was really spacious, quiet and comfortable. I would have seen myself living there. In addition, the building was super nice with good facilities (gym and swimming pool) and the hosts are well organised. If I come back to Kuala Lumpur, I would book it again.
