I can’t fault anything about this place. The apartment was great for extra space with a separate lounge area. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in on my whole trip. After 4 nights I extended for another 2 and they were able to give me the same apartment so I didn’t have to pack up and move. The staff were all so friendly. Great pool area and great location. Only about a 10/15 min walk from the old town with loads of shops and restaurants.

The property was amazing. Trinh our host made us very welcome on our special occasion in Hoi An. The hotel is only open 4 weeks so everything is brand new and spotless. The rooms have everything you need and more. Trinh was really helpful recommending local places to eat and go as well as offering to organise any activities or day trips we wanted to do. The location is absolutely prime right beside the night market and minutes away from the ancient town. If we return to Vietnam, this is where we will stay again.

My partner and I had a wonderful long stay at Charm Champion (3 Weeks). We truly liked the location of the property that is in between the old town and the rice fields/the beach which can be easily reached by bike or scooter. Having a proper flat set up with kitchen, table and chairs among other things, definitely can make you feel a bit more like home. The staff goes above and beyond to help you out with anything you need and we cant take them enough for being so supportive throughout the whole time we were there. The free bikes made our life so much easier and we enjoyed so much riding through the city. Definitely memories we will cherish forever. If you are looking for a quieter place to have an enjoyable stay in the city and experience Hoi An beyond just the old town, definitely you should consider Charm Champion.

The roof top pool was amazing and it's very close to the centre of the town. About a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and most of the tailors. Reception recommended a coffee show for us and we loved it! The room was spacious and the washing machine and dryer was so useful as we have been travelling a while and it was nice to reset.

1- As soon as I booked on Booking.com, I got a whatsapp message from Linh and right till we stayed at the property, she guided us with the hotel, taxi from airport to hotel, shops to buy from at the Ancient Town, places to eat at (we had a late night flight into Hoi An). Thanks Linh for making our visit so seamless! 2- This hotel is beautiful! Such a dream to stay at. Please, please do stay here when you visit Hoi An. Apart from that, its a 30 second walk to a beautiful beach (An Bang beach) . Along the way, there are tons of cafes if you want to only eat there and not go to the Ancient Town. 3- Its only a 100 Vietnamese Dong to reach the town by taxi/ 10 mins which is what we did every evening after spending the day at the beach.

We loved the comfortable beds, good shower, the location, the refreshing pool, breakfast options, free filtered water, nice staff and the cleanliness (new sheets and towels every other day and a sweep and mop through our room, really nice). We had a GREAT stay! The hotel offers a laundry service of 60.000VND p/kg. Our laundry came back really soft and fresh. The city centre is about a 15 minute walk and the beach is 5km away. You can easily take a Grab to the beach or take the free bicycles. They were too small for us though (tall Dutch people: 173 cm and 193 cm haha) but since they were free that's all okay :) The staff is so nice and friendly. We really felt at home. Just a little note: the road around the hotel can be busy in the early morning so bring earplugs for sleeping of you sleep light like me.

The staff was great! Super helpful, both the woman at the reception and the security at night. We did laundry for a very small amount of money and the clothes were super clean, folded etc. The hotel is very good.

Great location - can easily walk or bike around old town. Close to restaurants and bars. Room was spacious and the balcony looks over the river - can be a little noisy at times but I am a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me too much! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing place! Tham and all her staff were very helpful for booking buses and taxis, the breakfast was really good (the pho and mi quang especially) and the room was perfectly nice. The hotel is near the old city (5 min walk) but just far enough so that it's quiet. There's a nightclub next door but to be honest it didn't really bother us (there are ear plugs in the rooms anyway). Recommended!
