Very modern building right opposite Skanderberg Square. Fabulous lift. Didnt meet owner but very responsive on Wattsapp. She even sent a video to show entrance details for the apartment and lift. Yop quality apartment, can't praise it more. Very quiet, great views of the city as its about 7 floors up.
