The staff from the concierge to the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed, they were not big but good size for city hotels. The bathrooms were beautiful. The beds comfortable. The blackout curtains effective. The A/C worked well and could be controlled by us in the room. The walk from Gare du Midi very short. We used the laundromat at the hotel and it worked well. 20 minute walk to Grand Place and easy access to Metro too. I can recommend it.
