Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the fireplace in the 2-bedroom apartment at The Penthouse at Grand Plaza. Along with a fully-equipped kitchen and 3 full bathrooms, the apartment includes a dining area, laundry facilities and 3 separate balconies. The apartment had wonderful views and was fully equipped. Also the location was perfect, near restaurants and coffee shops.

Its also very affordable for everything you get, whether for a night or a week.

The view from the room and the size of the house was amazing. All the amenities were provided. Each room was spacious and very good location of the hotel.

The navy pier was 5 mins walk. The beach was just next to it via an underpass. Starbucks was opposite the property. We loved it and will definitely recommend this . Inside is a a fully functional kitchen and washer dryer- everything you need .

Nice place, high ceiling, everything was very clear regarding the check in, shower very clean, smells great, great utilities in the apartment, everything needed is there. Huge king size bed and big tv. It’s literally 2 minutes from the metro and it takes less than 10 minutes to be downtown. You can also leave your luggage secured in the building for Free ! Awesome value, highly recommend Value is awesome overall
