The staff checked up and us after check-in (self check-in with digital keys) and were very friendly and helpful. Some household appliances that werent expectet was also there (kitchen towels, plastic film, coffe etc.), we even got a homrbaked(?) soft cake to welcome us when we arrived

Matthias took great care in sharing details to check in- kind of fun activity, he also shared places to see and explore, we really appreciate and thank him for the complimentary beers and spaghetti for dinner. I highly recommend this place for an enjoyable holiday and comfortable stay for family.
