The cottage is located in Ambrolauri – isolated, cozy, and with a beautiful view. It’s close to all essential places like a market, pharmacy, and a playground for children. There’s also a dining spot (a bar-restaurant) nearby, where I received a discount as a guest of Soulmate. The cottage is clean, the beds are comfortable, and both the bathroom and kitchen are well-equipped. You’ll find everything you need on-site: an iron, hairdryer, dishes, toaster. You can light the fireplace inside or use the barbecue area outside for grilling. The host is friendly and offers excellent advice. The cottage is also stocked with basic first-aid supplies. If you’re traveling to Racha, I highly recommend choosing Soulmate – you won’t regret it.

There is a private territory around, where you can also park. We stayed in October, with already rather cold weather, but inside it was very warm thanks to the good heating. The beds were comfortable. The place is quiet, and the location is a nice base for hiking around if you’re with a car. In a clear weather you can see a beautiful starry sky. The road to the house is fine, no need for an SUV. The host was very nice and accommodating.

There is a place to make barbecue. Place is very remote, so you can see mountains, not other houses. Also you can see the stars, cause there is low light pollution. There are two friendly and well-behaved dogs.

The washing machine came in very handy and enjoyed a movie on the TV. We are driving a van (out from UK) and the owners helped us out enormously by calling ahead to a garage in Tbilisi where we were able to get it fixed. Wholeheartedly recommended.
