Mila and her husband are lovely. They welcomed us and we felt like their guests not customers. Everything comfortable and clean. They have kittens and a puppy - which my kids loved. we had a blissful few days. The staff in the hotel as well as the restaurant was incredibly nice, polite and professional. 10/10 points for the service! The room was nicely kept, good maintenance of the interior, especially the shower. The view on the river was amazing. The coffee on the breakfast buffet makes also a very positive difference to other hotels, since it is a high-quality coffee served from the kitchen and not one of those typical industrial all-in-one coffee machines.
