Had a lovely two night stay Staff helpful and friendly Provided with free bus pass from hotel Bus stop right outside 5min ride into town. Public transport very good.. Thun is beautiful, the climb upto the castle is well worth the effort.

Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. The place has all the privacy you need, with a separate room and private bathroom, and a spacious shared kitchen. The location couldn’t be better. Walter is super nice and has two small dogs that we absolutely loved! He always made sure the dogs didn’t bother guests, but we actually called them over ourselves to pet them.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Big, comfy bed. Small terrace overlooking railway lines and lake. Easy check in and out process. Others have noted noise from the railway, but we didn't find this an issue at all.
