During the weekend, there are local people celebrating life, during the week it is rather calm with the mighty ocean at your doorstep. Amazing food (if you eat fish)! The hike to Playa de los Deseos is worth the effort, huge, empty beach about 45 minutes walking through the jungle. Very clean facilities, very comfortable and homey place. Staff with big heart and in you can feel they put alot of love and effort in the hostel. Loved the tiny details that made the place feel like home. Delicious food and chef using fresh ingredients every day (fish in a million ways). Lots of hikes and activities to do around. The location is right at the beach front and close to everything that the town has to offer (which is: Activities on water).
