Outstanding service from check in to checkout, the staff are very kind and attentive to customers’ needs. Amazing rooms, facilities, breakfast, car park, we were also upgraded to a room with own own pool, and Maria and Marilee offered immediately to extend our checkout when they knew that we had a night flight. Chistina the host sent us locations of the best beaches, tavernas and beach bars on the whole island and the accomodation had diving masks, snorkels, spf cream and much more to offer free of charge (Everything was good these are some things that surprised me)

Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !! There I have a godchild on the Island, I certainly will never take another hotel for sure.

We had a superb experience staying at Asteri Studios. Vasso contacted me as soon as I made the booking. She waited for us with bottled waters and the keys once we arrived at the Studios. She noticed that we cooked so provided olive oil and even a bottle of rosé! :) She even printed our boarding cards for our flight. Cleaning was daily and spotless. The location was good for beach and for restaurants and bars as well. This was one of the places that offered aircon without extra charge and mosquito net. These were important for us and came handy.

We were the first people in this newly refurbished accommodation so we expected a few little snags, but we had a wonderful stay, everything worked perfectly, beds super comfortable, gorgeous linens, modern functional wet room, unlimited hot water. Kitchen area great, huge tv. Vanity unit with stool, Mirror and hairdryer, fast broadband. Balcony with views of Keri hills, marathonisi and the sea beyond. This young couple and their son Hector are delightful hosts and couldn’t do enough for you, we wholeheartedly recommend staying here (this is our 15th year in Kalamaki and we’ve stayed in 13 different apartment complexes )good luck to them for a fantastic future X
