Perfect spot to stay in Acireale and visit east Sicily. Very close to free parking, just in the centre of the old town of Acireale, super-friendly host and unexpected cute breakfasts (best regards to Elena). The garden was a huge surprise, especially regarding the smell of the orange blossom, just marvellous! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Acireale! The apartment was spotless and located in a very calm neighborhood. At first, I was a bit concerned about parking since I had rented a car to visit nearby cities, but it turned out to be quite manageable—you quickly get used to the system. The place itself is clearly newly renovated: the shower has a great water jet with perfect warmth, and everything feels fresh and modern. The location couldn’t be better—the historic center is just around the corner, a supermarket is less than 10 minutes away, and breakfast at Cipriani Café is an absolute amazing. Their pastries are incredible, and after trying granitas in Catania and Taormina, I can say Cipriani’s are the best! If you’re looking for a calm, clean, and perfectly located stay on the east coast of Sicily—just an hour from Mount Etna—Visula is the right choice. Rent a Fiat 500 and enjoy!

This one truly is a gem. A quiet and cozy apartment with a clean, modern bathroom that has a shower cabin, a spacious bedroom - the bed was very comfy, cozy kitchen corner that seamlessly blends into the living space. Well-hidden from street noise but actually located in the central area. A full-window mosquito net that does actually protect against mosquitoes. The owner stayed in touch 24/7, always there for me in case I needed something. 2 big bottles of water were waiting in the fridge upon arrival. A complimentary ride back to the airport! Definitely booking this one again next time I’m in Acireale!
