The room was comfortable with a balcony with sea view and a table and chairs so we could have some meal watching the sea. The room size was perfect and the bathroom, too. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of options, and the view from the rooftop during breakfast was amazing! You can breakfast looking the Adriatic Sea! One important detail is that you have a good parking lot.

This very charming hotel wonderfully located next to the sea, a few steps from the beach and in the historic city center provided me with one of my best hotel stays ever. Rooms are impeccable. The attention to detail is evident, the comfort level is extraordinary and the multi-lingual staff is very professional and welcoming. The appealing and. beautifully kept communal areas even include a pool with ocean view and a rooftop restaurant and sitting area overlooking the coastline. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a greate location. The aparment was exceptionally clean and everything felt new and well taken care of. I especially appreciate the small but important touches like dish soap and spong, shower gel and even an iron. Also, thank you for providing salt and pepper, tee and coffee :) -in our previous place there was nothing like that. And thank you as well for the transparency - no hidden fees, which we really appreciated. This place is highly recommended, it is wery close to both the see and the old town!

This was our absolute favourite place to stay during our month long Italy trip. The apartment is fantastic. It is a fully equipped apartment with everything you could need. There is a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Both the kitchen and bedroom have good AC units, and the living room and kitchen both have TVs. I enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen, watching the Olympics while enjoying wine, cheese, meat, olives, and tomatoes. The apartment is located on the ground floor, so you get a vibe of the city, but also has shutters and curtains if you want privacy. The location is perfect. It is right outside the walled city, and blocks from the beach. You could go for a quick swim, or walk into town at your convenience. There are also grocery stores right around the corner for food, beer, wine etc. The hosts were very communicative and made check-in a breeze. Oh, and did I mention that Monopoli is a fantastic city? Not only do I recommend this apartment, but I would love to live there full time. ...I forgot to mention that we really appreciated having a washing machine, especially considering the days we went swimming.

We had a wonderful holiday in Monopoli. The apartment is very well located, in the new part of Monopoli, within walking distance to the beach (Spiaggia Copacabana, La Scaletta) – our favorites! It’s about a 15/20-minute walk to the historic center, an easy and pleasant stroll. There’s a supermarket right next to the apartment. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach Ostuni, Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca. Only 15 minutes to Polignano a Mare, and a bit over an hour to Lecce and Matera. Thanks to its great location, we managed to enjoy the beach as well as visit many beautiful places. Easy parking by the apartment. We highly recommend it!
