Beautiful apartment. Tastefully decorated (in a consistent nautical style – you can see attention to detail) and very clean. The summer kitchen and the outdoor table under a roof were the highlight. Great location (3 minutes to the sea). Quiet and peaceful (at least in October 😊). Very good and fast communication with the host. Highly recommended!

We have just come back for a 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. We had a wonderful time and the villa exceeded our expectations - the photos do not do it justice. It is extremely well-equipped, comfortable and has fantastic facilities. There are 3 levels: on the ground floor a beautiful swimming pool with ample sunbeds, a volley ball area, a pool table, table football and table tennis along with a dining table and comfortable seats, and even a fridge-freezer. Our 3 sons were amazed with this whole area. Then there is the lovely, clean, air-conditioned villa on the second level with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big spacious lounge, the most well-equipped kitchen I have seen in a holiday villa and a terrace. And finally there is a wonderful roof terrace with a hot tub jacuzzi, a seating and dining area and beautiful sea views. If you can drag yourself away from the villa (not easy!) then the location is perfect for exploring the SouthEast of Sicily. Syracuse, Ortigia, Noto, Mt. Etna, Modica, Ragusa and the stunning beaches which are just minutes away. There are all the amenities you need very close by - friendly supermarket, snack bar and restaurants. If all of that is not enough then there are also the wonderful owners of the villa, Carmelo and Patrizia! They are so kind, warm, friendly, respectful and helpful - always ready to give advice and support (even arranging a hire car for us including collecting and dropping off at airport), directions and recommendations for local amenities, looking after the swimming pool, arranging taxis. We have stayed in many different holiday apartments, villas and hotels and have never felt so welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend this villa and really hope to return one day soon.

New, clean and perfectly close to the beautiful beach. Free parking. The owner was super nice, nothing was a problem and also brought us a breakfast :)

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Can’t recommend it highly enough!!!! If i could give it more than a 10/10 I would!!! This gorgeous property is only a short walk from the beach with stunning turquoise waters! The accomodation was so lovely, everything was perfect. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, a fridge, coffee machine etc! And an amazing outdoor setting - we would eat breakfast on the lovely balcony every morning in the sunshine! And the breakfast, delivered to your room every morning was outstanding! So generous, fresh and delicious! And if you’re driving, it’s really easy to park. There’s parking just outside the property which we found so convenient and unlike so many other places we’ve stayed at. And the host, Alessandra was so wonderful and easy to communicate with. She made sure everything was perfect for us and helped make our stay absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this gorgeous place! A stunning accomodation in a beautiful location with everything you need and more! We will absolutely be coming back here!! 🙏

The property is 2min away from the main beach area and there's plenty of parking nearby. Shout out to Federica who was very helpful in giving us instructions before we got there! The property is also very clean and comfortable, there's a small kitchen and dining area if you want to cook though there's a restaurant and several hotels 5min away. We'll definitely be back!
