What a little gem. This was a late booking due to a change in plans. Maurizio was very accommodating especially as we missed a turn and was later arriving than planned. The house was at the end of a traditional Sardinian road and was so peaceful, the garden was cute and had a bbq and dining area outside, and through the gate was a little path to a very private beach. It was actually closer than the pictures give the impression of and the shower after using the beach was so warm. The house just gives you a warm hug, and had enough comfortable seating for the 6 of us to relax and dine in or out. Having three bedrooms downstairs with one en-suite and the other 2 others sharering a bathroom was great. On the mezzanine was another bedroom with its own bathroom and seating area. It was very traditional and we all loved it. Also, being close to a lovely little town that had everything you could need, ice cream parlour, supermarket, garage and cafes and restaurant just made it even more perfect. If you want cosy this is for you.

The host Maria was super nice and helpful. She suggested us many things in the area and made sure we have everything we need. The place itself is very beautiful with a nice garden and a very short way to the beach, just outside the garden gate.

I recommend. Best experience. Show every evening and entertainments. Dancing all night long with an amazing staff entertaining the children and adults. Beautiful music. Singers. Shows. Barbecues for dinner with opened buffet. Huge pool and best beach in front of the hotel. Great restaurants only few meters from the hotel and a spar supermarket 15min walking from the restaurant. We spent 5 wonderful days by Carlo! The cozy apartment is on the first floor, the beds are comfortable, we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Large fridge and freezer. Spacious bathroom. Everything was very clean. And everything is as shown in the photos on Booking. The apartment has a balcony (and a teracce) and a direct view of the beach! We loved having a coffee in the morning with the view of the sea and occasionally the waves. I would say for sea and water lovers it's a perfect location, we were on the beach 4-5 times a day from early to late. You only need to bring your towel...that's a great convenience! The apartment is in the shade because there are lots of pine trees in the area, so you can cool off inside when the sun is at its highest. There is also a shower in the garden. The garden with the pine trees is beautiful, a peaceful paradise! There is a direct path to the beach, through the garden, 30 meters. The beach itself is beautiful, almost white sand and clear blue water, and it was not crowded in June... And there are also several wonderful beaches nearby, you can walk from beach to beach practicaly. Nearby there are several cafes, beach bars and restaurants. The host Carlo lives on the first floor but was very discreet and very helpful for all our questions/tips. I would especially like to mention how helpful Carlo was, when my husband had the problem with the tooth, and Carlo managed to terminate him a dentist appointment for the next day. Thank you so much Carlo! The next time we visit Sardinia, we will gladly come here again!

The owner of Casa Luisa was fantastic with their communications to us before, during and after our stay. They really went out of their way to ensure we had the best vacation possible. The location is incredible, beautiful walk from the apartment to local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Beach swims right on your doorstep.
