The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely couple who do their best to meet all requests. It is located near the beach and a pass for an umbrella and beach chairs are given to you as part of your booking. This is a real bonus, as the beach has reserved booking areas you would would otherwise have to pay for. It is also within walking distance of Chioggia, a small town. The owners also operate a small pizzeria next to the hotel which is where you have a delightful breakfast each morning and can count on for a good dinner at the end of the day. If your destination is the city of Venice, this may not be the best location, as there are no water buses to the city, but there is a regular bus. Ask the proprietors for the 'how to' with organizing a ticket, it can be tricky.

Love this place, such amazing camp, beautiful interior in mobil homes. Room very nice, good equipped and very very clean. Location is good, not far away from city centre. Camp is very neat and beautiful, staf was professional. Enjoyed it. I would recommend a mobile house.

Don't think "it can't be as nice as the pictures", because yes, it is. This really is a gem of a hotel, with very comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, and a great breakfast. We didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, but the bar is very nice and has a nice seaview (which you can also enjoy at breakfast). Even the side seaview we had from our room was very nice, and the parking area is just a few hundred metres away (but you can drop off your bags at the reception, and then go and park). It's perhaps a 15 minute walk into the centre of Chioggia, but it's a pleasant and easy stroll. I'd happily stay here again for a longer beach/chill-out vacation. The beach area is also nice.

    We liked the location, directely on the beach. We had sunbeds and an umbrella included. The beach is very nice and is cleaned each evening. The city center can be reached by car or by bikes which can be rented at the Residence Nova Marina. The staff at the reception is really friendly

    Modern and clean hotel right on the beach. The sweet breakfast is very varied, but if you like savoury food you will also find something for you. Check-in and check-out is flexible and quick, parking is well managed in the private car park.

    It was great leasure escape which we liked so much. Perfect location, parking place, pre-booked umbrella and two loungers on the beach. Big supermarket around the corner. Sunny, well equipped apartment on the second floor. Comfortable beds.

    The location is great, very close to the beach, pizzeria, and the shops. We also loved the reserved place on the private beach. It made a stay at the seaside really comfy.

    Nice seaside apartments. The staff is really nice and helpful. The apartment is comfortable. Great value for your money. The location is further away from Sottomarina main beach, but the private beach is very nice and nor crowded!
