Very peaceful location right on the sea! The staff were great, made the effort to walk you to your room and show you around. Was surprised with an upgrade!! There was a complimentary electric charger for the car which was a great surprise! Food on the property was good and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy so far! Also very nice pool to relax by. Overall loved our experience!!

Room was very large and comfortable with nice artistic and homely touches. Bathroom was a little small and awkward but attractive. Surrounding old town was worth walking to the accomodation and would have liked to stay longer to appreciate the history but we had only booked one night in this town to be near the start of our cruise in the Port one station away on the next day.

The owners are there with heart and support their guests by all means. We had to stay there because of a tire damage. The next morning Roberto stood by our side and drove us to the towing site. On site, he helped us communicate and protected us from not being pulled over the table. He also researched where our car would be taken, as this was also not communicated quite correctly. Afterwards, he even drove us to Citavecchia to get a rental car with us. These people have their hearts absolutely in the right place.

Very cozy apartment near the cruise port and train station. After a sea cruise, we decided to stay in Civitavecchia for couple days. A wonderful apartment near the port (20 minutes slowly walk with luggage, but transport is an option too). It's right across from the station (no train noise at all, and a sea view from the window). Toni, the host, was very helpful and always available in what’s app. We asked for early check-in due to the cruise early arrival, and they accommodated us promptly. This place is on the 1st floor and has three separate apartments, each with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, and snacks (a croissant, muffin, toast, and candy). The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice, and milk. Smart TV is available. There's a common area with a kettle and coffee machine (tea bags and coffee capsules are provided). Literally a stone's throw away is a beautiful promenade with cafes and restaurants (the seafood is delicious). There's a beach with rocky entry, but you can still swim in October - the sea is warm. The host Nicola was incredibly helpful with a great deal of local knowledge. The accommodation was centrally located, clean, modern, and well maintained. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect, in the centre and close to the Cruise Terminal. The room was very clean and quiet. Francesco the owner is an excellent host. Our flight was late but he was very kind to wait for us and telling us lots of useful information. Highly recommended.
