Superb location, walking distance from the train station, the lake, and other tourist attractions. There's a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It's beautiful to see the lake from the balcony. The room is very spacious, clean, fresh, and with good decor. The breakfast on the balcony was a good experience. Breakfast is good. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. The bathroom is very good. Staff are nice, approachable, and helpful. Good communication throughout our stay. Bed is very comfortable. Excellent service, good value for money. I highly recommend it 👌

The property was in a great location even though they were quite a few stairs to get to the top floor it was literally one minute walk to the lake a five minute walk to the train station, and a easy walk around the lake and the beautiful town.

Fantastic spot in Lake Como, tucked away in a quieter part of the lake. The hotel itself is gorgeous- so well decorated and minimalist, and the breakfast was outstanding. The spa onsite was also lovely. The staff were super helpful and made our stay the best it could’ve been. Would highly recommend!

Victoria is a great host! Her apt is marvelous it has everything you need. We are a family of 4 (2 teens), so we didn't lack anything. The view is exactly as shown in her pictures, as is everything else. We arrived late, so she thought about us and left us a package of pasta and a sauce - so thoughtful and welcoming!!!!

The apartment had everything you need, and the host Ivana was wonderful and very responsive. She even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks and made sure we have all the information beforehand. The apartment was clean, the location perfect!
