While public transportation and shops are limited, that’s probably part of why the area remains so beautifully preserved. The host was exceptionally welcoming and even kindly offered me a bicycle to go to the supermarket, so I could get groceries and enjoy cooking just like at home.

Our accommodation was a semi-detached house in a group of two, with a living room, bathroom, and kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor, all with nice wooden floors. There is plenty of space inside, plus a lovely terrace and a small garden outside. The house is located on a hill with a view of the valley. The driveway to the upper houses is steep and includes a 180-degree turn. We stayed there for two nights and really enjoyed it. Check-in was contactless and easy. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is also a washing machine and dryer, which are perfect for longer stays. All in all, it’s a very nice accommodation surrounded by nature that invites you to stay longer.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The check-in was fast and there were more options in the breakfast than I expected. The walking trails around the hotel were beautiful so, overall it was a very pleasant stay.
