Lovely new hotel. The location in the old town was perfect - just behind the square, and a few blocks from Olas Atlas beach. Everything was clean and new and stylish.

Our favourite place during our Mexico trip! We arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation through Booking.com had not made it onto their system despite us having a confirmation email and the booking showing in the app. Jose was a star, ensuring we had a room. It was perfect. A great size, clean, sea view. I had the best nights sleep and a hot powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. It had every option you could possibly wish for with a chefs station where you could request, eggs, omelettes etc. The team really could not do enough to help us. I’d 100% recommend and wish we were staying here for the remainder of our trip.

Tiny but very functional with good beds! The staff were very helpful when we could find someone - it was difficult to track them down. The host was very quick at getting back to me but often referred me to the administration of the complex. Lots of secure parking if that is a priority.

Location was key, we had an ocean view room, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The pool and beach access and parking all good.

I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was great, with a decent options. Central location with plenty of restaurants nearby . Easy access to the Malecon de Mazatlan and Plaza Machado. All the other major attractions are a short walk away. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Holiday Inn Resort Mazatlan offers an outdoor pool, fitness centre and business centre. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was excellent! We were treated so well by all of the staff! We were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. What an amazing ocean view! You couldn’t ask for a better view! The day we checked out they also let us stay a few hours past check out time. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
