From check in to departure, our stay was just wonderful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I loved the small but thoughtful touches - the welcome drink and towel, the ability to select our pillows and lotion scents, the sandwich and fruit platter as we waited for our room. Our Garden balcony room was fabulous. It was clean and spacious, though the clear glass tub/shower in the middle of the bathroom space meant that we'd have to curtain it off and only one person could be using that space at a time. The Garden pool was lovely and quiet, while the Beach pool and area was luxurious. We had dinner at The Tent and breakfasts at Sexy Fish and they were wonderful. The breakfast buffet had a great varied selection. The resort is a quick walk to restaurants and the busier Chaweng Beach strip. Loved the location - we walked down the beach for more casual lunch and to get a Thai massage (a must do!). This was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it exceeded our expectations.

The larger family villa is right on the beach. Close to the restaurant and pool. Super friendly and hard working staff. The beach is perfect with clean sand and plenty of chairs.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach location wonderful at the south end of Chaweng. Not loud but still walkable to all the action. Bed was very comfortable, good shower, good AC. Breakfast very good. Garden is really cute and they really take care of the place unlike some other hotels we've seen.

Beautiful place, very friendly staff, a bit pricey but the location is great the place it self is intimate and beautiful, we enjoyed our stay very much.

It was a great experience, the secret pool villa is something out of this world, very private and very elegant worth the money for sure. The breakfast is awesome 5 star food and service. Overall a great hotel definitely would come again and most definitely would recommend it to friends and family.

We spent 3 exceptional nights there, from the welcome to the cleanliness of the rooms and the design. The staff was kind and attentive, the pool, the beach, and the cocktails were flawless. Our next stay will definitely be at this same hotel. A real favorite! Even with a group of rude tourists with horrible children, they handled everything with professionalism. Big kudos to them.
