We love everything in this hotel. It was our forth time in the island and every time we go to koh phangan we go to high life. The team, the food, the location, the swimming pool, the attention of the staff, everything it’s just perfect, we love it so much. Spotless, comfortable and great facilities.. Especially if you're looking to cook some of your own meals. The hosts were great with their communication and even offered late check out to us. Great location in Haad Yao, walking distance to Bubba's, Locco's, Pura Vida and the beach.

everything about this hotel was amazing -- location, service, food, etc. it's a real hidden gem. the food was incredible. all homemade and better than most food you'll find on the island! definitely try the homemade brownies -- they were my favorite!

Super friendly and helpful Staff. Always tried to help in the best way possible and answered all our question with great knowledge. Room cleaning was on spot! The location is amazing and breath taking overlooking Had Yao Beach. Definitely one of the most beautiful beaches at Koh Phangan.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Beautiful location. Right on the beach with amazing views of the bay. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and we had a lovely, big balcony with views of the bay. Close to many bars and restaurants. Ma, on reception is always helpful, booking taxis, ferries and trips for us. Mama Tim and her team in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly, we were made to feel like family.
