We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are so comfy, the pool is fabulous, the breakfast is delicious. The staff were absolutely incredible - picked us up from the airport, helped us rent bikes, did laundry, allowed us to extend our stay and cared for one of us so well when she injured herself (gave her fresh bandages and antiseptic every day and free lift into the town). Town and beach are only a short walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at Sakurakyo Hotel. The hotel was spotless, reflecting excellent attention to cleanliness. The staff provided enthusiastic and professional service, always polite, charming, and ready to assist. I especially appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and the thoughtful gift of two cable car tickets. Watching fireworks directly from the hotel was a delightful bonus. Having read multiple consecutive one-star reviews, I was initially skeptical, but as a seasoned traveler, it became clear to me that these reviews might be a result of unfair competition.
