There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Turtle Nest is a very nice option to spend one week in Exuma. Our apartment (the Starfish apartment) was big, fully equipped with towels, beach towels and kitchen utensils. The apartment had both fans and AC. There is also a nice set of poufs and table just next to the apartment entrance. The apartment in 15 min driving to the airport and 10 to the main town. It is also in the center of the island, so you can reach all the beaches very conveniently. However, our stay was special thanks to the super kind and friendly hosts, Mark and Beatrice, and their lovely dog, Sasha. Every morning we were chatting with them when drinking our coffees. They gave us many tips about the island and we even went snorkeling with Mark. He knows where to find animals and fishes, their habits and has taken amazing photos of them! In summary, if you want to spend time in Exuma for a very good price, this is the place to stay!

The property is like your own paradise! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is amazing and genuinely care about your comfort! Cocoplum Bistro which is on the property is fabulous! Give Rudi and Tonya a hello from Vickie and Stoney!! Loved them. On your taxi ride in, get them to stop at a local store to grab snacks and such, it will save you a trip… because you really don’t want to leave.

The spacious apartment has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 1 bathroom with a bath. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Very very friendly private owner. Picked us up from the airport und showed us arround the island, gave us a ride to a grocery shop, dropped us at the beach, helped / told us a lot about the island and what to do. Overall it was really nice staying there.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.5 km from Jolly Hall Beach. Steve! Can we say more. By far the best part of our almost three week trip across the Bahamas. Very welcoming and well well stocked accommodations. Steve went out of his way to ensure our stay was well organized and enjoyable. Property had all the basics to feel at home support us during the trip.

Certain units in the apartment complex have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and outdoor furniture. Some of the units feature a cable flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. At the apartment complex, some units are allergy-free. Rowena picked us up at the airport and brought us to our cottage, where everything was way better than we expected. We opted for the sea view cottage, and it's adjacent to the Sandy Bottom Liquor Store (which they also run, so they're always available and close by). We had a private house with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, but the best part was the patio with furniture and an amazing view of the beach. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time. We opted to rent a car (pretty important on Exuma), and they had it already there for us with the keys inside. No paperwork, and cheaper than renting at the airport and more convenient. We had an excursion booked with Coastline Adventures and Rowena was proactive about calling them to make sure it was still on (forecast of wind was iffy) and when we needed to be there and all the details. When we checked out they brought us back to the airport. The cottage is very new and in excellent condition, well stocked, and the AC works well but isn't necessary with the windows open and the island breeze coming through. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals, and there are restaurants nearby as well. I would 100% recommend this place and these hosts. It couldn't have been better.

Each air-conditioned apartment is decorated in attractive pastel colours. All accommodations have a terrace with seating area, and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. What was not to like is more the question.😊 The location couldn't be beat with its own beautiful beachfront plus peaceful connecting beaches to roam. Sea swimming was exceptional. The free use of kayaks and paddleboards was wonderful. Above all, the members of the staff were exceptional in friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness.
