I could access the rooftop anytime, I saw many great sunsets, free light show on the pyramids, so I experienced more of the pyramids and desert landscape than just 1 day visit. The manager Mohamed was very helpful and gentle. I loved the Egyptian breakfast.

The hot tub is amazing and the staff are helpful. The hotel across a single floor of a building. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, the wider building isn’t the nicest. However, you literally walk in/ out of the larger building. Can’t recommend the hotel enough, such good value for money!

The breakfast is delicious with coffee,tea,juices and a variety of breads,butter,jams,ham,cheese,yougurt,crepes,pastries and more,and all fresh.It is served by the waiters on the roof who are really professional,polite and service minded.Is always somebody on duty for 24 hours and you can order capuccino,milk shakes and more at any time of the day or night. One time I was even served breakfast at 1 pm with no problem,and with great dedication and smiles from the waiters in the roof. The view from the terrace is amazing looking at the Sphinx and the Pyramids and the entrance of the hotel is just 30 meters form the ticket office and and 20 meters from the Pyramid's entrance.Next to the hotel there is mini market,souvenirs shop,restaurants,ATM and more. The rooms are very big and spacious with a big wardrobe,chairs and table;the rooms are very clean and you can request to be cleaned at any day of your stay. Very important is that the rooms have a properly working air condition,that it is a must in the hot months in Egypt. The bathroom was really clean with proper cold and hot water running in good amounts at all times without any issue.The plenty amount of towels provided were of very good quality,clean and spotless. Taxis and tours are available on request and they are always of good quality and from guides and drivers you can trust. The surrounding areas of the hotel are really safe even there lot of hustle around,there is also so much police around at all times. Definitely the place to stay if you want to be next to entrance to the Pyramids and experience the real and genuine hospitality of Egypt. Hope to be back soon to this small palace in Giza.

The rooms were great with everything in working order. The #1 reason for booking this hotel was the view of the Giza pyramid complex. The view was SPECTACULAR! But the reason we will book this location again in the future is the staff. They were better than excellent!
