It’s located on a quiet street and for two days we truly felt like locals in the Scottish Hebrides - the house offers an exceptionally warm “English home” feeling while traveling. We did our classic “British grocery shop” at a nearby Tesco, which had everything we needed. Stornoway is a perfect base, with everything on the Isle of Lewis and Isle of Harris within short trip. One of our most beautiful memories from our Scottish road trip is definitely “our little house in the Hebrides.” Highly recommended to everyone!

And in the evening, fireplace with live fire and peaceful view over the bay. Fits well two families. Both having their own privacy, but plenty of space to share as well. All that in the heart of lovely Harris countryside. Simply one of the nicest and the most pleasant places we visited yet.
