The accommodation offers a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. A very nice family-run casa. Mr Julio is a good host. He answered my enquiries and he gave good suggestions. He also arranges for tours and shuttle van services at a good price. His wife cooked the best breakfast. Everyday we had a new menu for breakfast. The bed and pillow were comfy to sleep on. Good wifi. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay.

The view at this property is genuinely unparalleled with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the volcanoes. The balcony is framed in stunning honeysuckle and tropical flowers that bring hummingbirds right next to you and this is the closest thing to being in nature while still benefitting from the creature comforts of an indoor stay. We didn’t want to move from the chaise beds in front of the window- particularly because the hosts considered and provided so many thoughtful details to enhance the experience (like delicious fluffy bathrobes to enjoy as we drank our morning coffee looking out over Lake Atitlán). We appreciated the yoga mats and the open floor plan that allowed us to do some Barre3 in front of the view with the doors open to bring in the breeze. Even the lighting was extraordinarily thoughtful- with multicolored LEDs enhancing the foliage at night and sound activated lighting that really created some awesome ambiance. And, the host was truly wonderful too, allowing us a later check out so we could properly pack up before our afternoon tour plans in San Juan La Laguna. This was a tremendous value and such an awesome place- we were sad to leave and would stay there again in a hot second when we get to return to San Marcos.

Accessed only by boat from Panajachel, the apartments at Atitlan Sunset Lodge Apartments come with a large seating area, plus a dining table and a private terrace with lake views. The private bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. I can confidently say this is one of the top 3 places I've ever stayed in my life! The location, the staff, the food, the scenery—and the hot tub—were all incredible. It was a truly rejuvenating experience. This place has super nice energy, And gosh,, the dinner was the best!!! Also, the manager sisi was very kind and welcoming us also gave us information on time. I would love to go back very soon

Really amazing view, and everything inside of the place is excellent, you can even cook and there’s the refrigerator for me to enjoy something ice cold. And Nicolas is the best host!

Located in San Pedro La Laguna in the Solola region, Cabañas del Lago has a patio and garden views. The property features mountain and lake views, and is 24 km from Volcano Atitlan. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The cabin is located right on the bank of the lake, offering a stunning view once you leave the compound (there is a fence there for security reasons!) and the inside is cute and cosy. The kitchen equipment is slightly limited but was good enough for some tacos in front of the lake. The staff were very friendly and patient (I arrived not knowing it was cash-only, but they were trusting enough to let me go to the cash machine in my own time). Situated about 5 minutes walk from the village, it doesn't take long to reach the restaurants and bars, though is far enough to not be bothered by the noise.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. We absolutely loved this place! You often feel a little uncertain when something is new on booking.com as there isn't many reviews yet, but this place exceeded expectations!  We arrived quite early but Esteban came and collected us from the dock and let us check in early.

A recently renovated apartment in San Marcos La Laguna and with Volcano Atitlan reachable within 33 km, Tierra de la Aurora offers a private beach area, rooms, free WiFi and a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. Every room includes a patio with lake views. Loved the location of the homestay, the design and the food baskets. Fantastic view of the lake and surrounding area. The host was very responsive and helpful. The homestay is in a more isolated area, has a few steps to climb and there are no shops / restaurants in the area (all of which are clearly stated in the description). If you're ok with this, you will definitely not regret booking!
