The hotel features a restaurant of excellent quality, with dishes that demonstrate remarkable care in both presentation and flavour. However, the pricing makes it somewhat inaccessible for regular use across all meals. We would therefore suggest a broader menu selection, especially for dinner — the meal we had the opportunity to try — offering more variety at more competitive prices. Lastly, we believe that the pricing of certain items, such as a 0.75 cl bottle of water at five euros, could be reconsidered, as it felt inconsistent with the otherwise outstanding level of hospitality and service provided.
