Everyone hangs out in the main shared area (restaurant area) and plays guitar and plays cards in the evening (but not too late, quiet hours are respected). During the rainy season, you can swim in the pools of the waterfall that is literally one second away from the lodge.

Although there isn't hot water for shower, the staff brought us buckets of hot water each day, and that was adequate to bathe my child. They also arranged the jungle trek for us, we were able to trek directly from the guest house. It's also located very close to the bat cave, 10-mins walk and we highly recommend visiting these caves, and with a local guide hired at the entrance. Without the guide we wouldn't have known where to go.

Robi, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, always there when we needed something, and he made us feel completely at home from the start. The place itself is full of charm, surrounded by lush vegetation, and has easy access to the sea with amazing snorkeling spots just steps away. You can rent scooters directly from Robi or arrange any kind of transport around the island, he makes everything easy. It’s been an absolute pleasure staying here, and I would return without a doubt.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. I absolutely loved the staff and the whole place! Also the whole hotel area was super clean and well taken care of. Beautiful spot right next to the jungle where you can spot monkeys directly from the hotel yard. Also the jungle trek organized by staff was amazing as well as our guide.
