Capolona
Set on the banks of the River Arno, this family-run B&B is set in a 14th century villa with a seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace. Capolona Train Station is a 5-minute walk away.
Rooms at Villa La Nussa have terracotta or carpeted floors and views of the river or olive groves. Each includes a private bathroom with shower. The B&B also provides a shared lounge with TV and fridge.
The host was very professional and very helpful with suggestions to visit the area

Amazing place and a perfect location to stay when visiting the area. Massino and his wife are very lovely, well organised and caring hosts who ensured we had a pleasant stay. Because of the interior, you have a feeling that you are staying overnight in a castle or a museum that normally would be available only for visiting. Private swimming pool nearby available to guests only was great. Access to the tower with an amazing view was a nice surprise as well. I highly recommend the place and truly hope to visit it again. Thank you!

Perfect location, lovely owners who supplied us with a small gift of their garden products. Very good location, clean and lovely house, air conditioning working perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone considering a vacation rental in Tuscany.

it's quiet and calm place for staying. they are not busy and i was happy to stay there. the staff is nice, and their facility such as toilet and shower are enough. booking .com says towel and linen needs extra fee though, they are not. i was thinking to visit antique market in Arezzo, so i did extra stay at there. when i stay in Cortona, the medieval market and fair had happened on weekend. so i could enjoyed nice evening until sunset time.

The property is whole made in a beautiful Tuscany style. It made us feel like we’re in a fairytale. The location is amazing, with nice view and even more beautiful sunsets. It was really easy to access all the cities around and visit everything we wanted. The pool was clean and nice for swimming. And the breakfast was super delicious!

A beautiful medieval tower set in Sansepolcro. The location was perfect to walk anywhere in the town and enjoy the sights. We were met by Andrea and shown the property and how everything worked. The terrace at the top of the tower was perfect. At the end of the day, we enjoyed a delightful 360-degree view of the surrounding area of Sansepolcro with a glass of local wine and fresh produce. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and a perfect location for our holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you, Andrea!

Pietro is one of the best chefs in Italy. Please try the tortellini alla pistachio. The sunset and ambiance are lovely.
