Such a brilliant location with the most special view (even when we had a bit of rain on our final morning) and incredible surroundings. Photos really cannot do this place justice - it’s just beautiful and the little patio area is perfect for enjoying some outside time in this part of the world. This cabin offers a really unique and cosy stay, and we would definitely recommend. Having spent five weeks travelling around NZ and staying in many different types of accommodation, this was the standout! We could not have asked for better or more friendly hosts either - thank you so much David and Sandy, especially for all your tips while in the area!

A 5-minute drive from Tahunanui Beach, it offers free WiFi access, free on-site parking and barbecue facilities. We are a family of three, parents with a teenager, staying here for two nights. Our room has an outdoor table and four chairs, so we had our take-outs in the second evening and enjoyed the fantastic panoramic view. The location is at the end of an uphill. It's very quiet. We really loved the atmosphere during sunrise and sunset.
