The staff was very friendly and professional. We had some water leaking in the original room but the staff response was very fast and they changed our room in minimal time. They also accomodated our every need for early check in, luggage care, spa access even before check in and after check out. Not to mention the spa treatments which are also amazing and very well priced. The food was also perfect, i would say it was one of the best restaurants in bodrum altogether.

We’re especially grateful for the lovely anniversary surprise. 😊 At the beach, Melih, Gökdeniz, and Furkan were all incredibly polite, cheerful, and helpful. And in the restaurant, Ozan and Şirvan provided service that was even more professional and refined than what we’ve experienced in many fine dining spots. We’re sharing our experience honestly—but we do worry that the hotel might become even more popular in the future, and we won’t be able to find a room next time! 😊
