When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

Nestled in the trees on the historic Lake Tahoe west shore in Tahoe Park, this cozy adults only bed and breakfast is just steps from a private Lake Tahoe beach. Free WiFi is available in all public areas. It was an exceptional stay and vacation for us. The area of the property is so beautiful, the cottages so cute and quite, too even if its directly next to the main street. When we arrived we had a lot of marvellous recommendations from the owner. She explained us everything we need to know. The breakfast is delivered every morning to your door and you just need to fill out a paper what you would like to eat. The complete concept is just so nice and lovely! You are having a private beach access through a key. We went there for two days and it was splendid. We saw a lot of squirrels but no bears, the morning we were about to depart even a little frog was on our terrace. Next to the area is a little shop they doing flatbreads, really good! So basically you have everything you need nearby but a bigger safeways can be found in Tahoe City (10 minutes by car). We would definitely come back to this place if we will stay at Lake Tahoe another time and we highly recommend to go there!! Also the area is for us personally the best of Lake Tahoe (we drove around the whole Lake).

Set in Incline Village and only 48 km from Reno-Sparks Convention Center, Mountain Getaway - Lake Tahoe - Incline Village - Private Garage offers accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. This holiday home features a shared lounge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 49 km from Lakeridge Golf Club. This was the perfect home base for our Tahoe trip! It had everything we needed and we especially appreciated being able to use the garage since we brought our bicycles with us. The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Excellent communication. We felt comfortable and slept well - very important! The coffee bar was also great to have in the morning! Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back again!

The atmosphere in the house was very comfortable and cozy, everything was thought out to the smallest detail to make your holiday perfect. This is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends! Highly recommended! And also I want to thank Jhon and Paula for their hospitality and help!

Popular points of interest near the apartment include Lakeside Beach, Tahoe Queen and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. The resort is exceptional. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming on each arrival and departure. The whole resort is immaculate and clean, with high end furnishing and superb pool and hot tub areas. Free Nature Valley bars in the lobby, which were great to grab and take on a hike. Perfect location central to Heavenly Resort (superb pizza nearby at Basecamp Pizza). Room was absolutely stunning. Superb furnishings, huge space in all living areas, and large balcony overlooking the pool. We would definitely stop here again (out of interest we also checked how much it would be to buy a condo in the resort - $1.6m).
