When arriving at 4am, they allowed us to use our room for a small, early check in fee. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable beds and no noise. Excellent location,very close to the beach. Nice view from the window. Again, when checking out late, this time there was no fee. Highly recommended.

Amazing view from the pool. Excellent varied food available at the buffet. But the real special part about this hotel is the incredible staff. They are professional, kind, deeply caring, friendly, helpful and basically perfect. We had wanted to stay more days but as it goes with backpackers, our plans changed so we were only able to stay for 2 nights. We wished we could have stayed longer and gotten to know the staff even better.

The staff really went an extra mile to make sure we are happy, they are very attentive and paid a lot of attention to their guests. The staff provided even before we ask. Highly recommended. Kid's club was good too, huge and well looked after. We would definitely come back, fingers crossed the service will remain at this level.
