The room was newly renovated, lovley decor and deisgn from power outlets to a smart TV. The bathroom was great, and the bed was comfortable. Brrakfast included was good but not a huge selection, however enough. There is a communal area with a microwave and kettle, which is very helpful.

The guesthouse was really comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. The sleeping room and bathroom were clean and the surrounding atmosphere, environment and nature were really beautiful. The place could be easily reached by bus and train. Communication with the host was very easy as well and I received the answers to my questions quickly. If you're looking for a cheap, clean and cosy guesthouse to stay at, I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at Claudios place „Chalet Ried“ was an absolute highlight on our trip through Switzerland. The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need. The views from both sides of the apartment are breathtaking. It’s located in a very quiet and beautiful place higher than Zermatt Centre. If you are going from the central station, keep in mind a taxi drive for ~ 50CHF or ask Claudio for tips to come by public transport. It’s absolutely worth the extra drive. We liked that underneath the apartment, Claudio has a beautiful restaurant with DELICIOUS food and wine. The team is very friendly and made us feel at home. We are coming back :)
