We were graciously greeted and given a thorough tour with all the details about the room, lock and key, breakfast, etc. My husband is reasonably fluent in Italian, and I understand much more than I can speak, but throughout, I was so happy that the hosts did all they could to guarantee I felt included in the conversation. I found them so easy to understand! The room was supremely comfortable for the facilities, with everything thought through for the guests' comfort. There are outlets conveniently placed on each side of the bed, along with the switches for lights on each side (it is so rare for both people to get this on their side of the bed!). The bed was extremely comfortable!! The in-room coffee machine and fresh water were very appreciated. The breakfast was a wonderful spread of breads, cakes, and fresh yogurts. There was so much on offer, and it was so inviting. The room to enjoy the breakfast is lovely, and the terrace that extends outside the breakfast room (which we would have sat on if the weather had been just a bit warmer) adds such beauty to the space. We were sad that on our 2-night stay, we had to leave early on the 2nd morning and only got to experience breakfast once. We will return here if lucky enough to revisit Arezzo.

After all my years with Booking, I think this is without doubt, the finest property we have stayed at. Massimo met us at the electronic gates and let us in. A genuinely warm and friendly man who made us feel so welcome. The grounds are superb, the house is beautiful, the rooms spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was typical Italian and home made cake which was delicious.

Location was amazing in the heart of the town centre. Parking available in multiple parking lots and the hosts are AMAZING! Yuri helped us take the bags upstairs and met us downstairs to explain everything. Unlimited espressos in the lounge area with decaf options.

Everything... especially the incredible warmth and hospitality of our host Maurizio. Not only were we kindly picked up by at the train station, but we were given a wealth of historical and cultural information about Arezzo , places to visit and tips on where to dine. The hosts were amazing, so kind, sweet, and caring. The place was super nicely designed and comfortable. They offered me snacks when I came in late, allowed me to leave my backpack while enjoying the day after check out and were in general very very welcoming and generous and kind.
