The room/suite is perfectly located 40metres from the escalators which take you to the mini metro and station. The Old town is beautiful and the room is quiet, comfortable and very clean. The host Simonetta is very friendly and gives lots of advice . Highly recommended for a stay in Perugia.

Everything, We loved our stay in Residenza il Punto in Perugia. The staff first of all, they were very friendly. When we arrived, after we checked in, when we went into our room, it was an amazing and very specious room. The room was quite large, with an amazing view. We had a balcony which it had some special views. The area was very calm there. The bathroom was large, and it had a big window, which helps to take the humidity out. There is a private parking (which you need to pay) and it feels secure. It's 1 minute walk from the hotel. There are also some spots outside, but im not sure that you were allowed to stay more than check in check out there. We also forgot a wall charger there, which they managed to send it towards Modena for us, however due to this postal service being so idiotic, we couldnt take the charger with. But i believe the lady from the front desk made everything in her power for us to receive it, even though we never had the chance to retrieve it. Thank you so much. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us. We would love to return and be guests of this beautiful place in the future. Book ASAP, since it's worth it.

Excellent welcoming hosts, going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good varied breakfast, tea and coffee available throughout the day, besides occasional snacks. Daily maid service, super comfortable beds and down pillows. Michele sends detailed info re parking, sightseeing and good restaurants via WhatsApp. Do follow his instructions to locate rental as Google maps insists on sending you through a disused road, further up the hill! Shared kitchen can be used for cooking. Effective central heating, refrigerator in room. Good WiFi. Only reachable by car. Rooms on first floor, no elevator.
