Host is super friendly, place is spotless clean, comfy beds, hot water in the shower, there is a small kitchen if you want to do any cooking, fridge (communal) to store food or water , etc, just a great overall experience!!

Everything!!! The landlord was extremely helpful with my family (2 infants). The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the property and facilities well maintained. Whenever I get back to Valladolid I'll be sure tp check it out!

Clean and quiet room, amazing breakfast, very convenient location with everything within a walking distance. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available on site. I've seen some reviews that it can be noisy due to the cars passing by, but the room we stayed in was in the furthest corner of the property, so we didn't experience any of that, especially considering that we kept the windows closed because we were using the AC.

This hotel is run by such a kind family, I felt very well looked after my whole stay. They frequently checked in asking if I needed anything. They have lots of good advice on activities, restaurants, and ATMs. Clean and comfortable room, with good AC. Loved having water, coffee, and fruit readily available throughout the day. The pool was a nice perk in the heat of the day. Right down the street from the bus station and colectivos, and really close to the main square and Calle de los Frailes. They also let me store my bag after I checked out, which was such a help as it was a very hot day and my bus didn't leave until 1pm.

I booked 2 king rooms for 2 nights. The lobby area was clean and welcoming, the staff was kind and accommodating. Although the listing did not say there was parking, parking on the street was easy. Our rooms was exactly as listed, the shower was great. The pool area was calming. There are several trees in the courtyard, so leaves are going to be present - I love nature, especially right outside my bedroom door. There was an area on the 3rd floor with hammocks and chairs. The breakfast was better than others had posted about. They had fruit, rolls and made us fresh scrambled eggs. The location was a block off of Calzada de los Frailes and very close to the San Bernardino Church and Sisal Convent and within walking distance to the main square. The four of us thought the place was great, especially for the price and the location. Yes, there are dogs, they may bark - but this is all part of the adventure in the Yucatan. I would stay here again when in Valladolid.

First and foremost, our receptionist Manolo was the best part of the stay. Helped us with our every need, always greeted us and asked us how it went, kept us updated on events and info happening around Valladolid. As for the room itself, it has cozy beds and and AC with warm showers. We do miss Valladolid and if we were to ever come back we would definitely book here again.
