This was literally the best place we stayed in all our trip in Slovenia. The place is stunning, well located and Iana (the owner) was 10 out of 10. She was sweet and caring and made our stay a whole experience. The breakfast was delicious so many delicious options. We couldn't ask for more. It has a stunning river running through te property. Would definitely recomend this place without a doubt.

This place is situated in a beautiful area. All you could hear each night were crickets and nature. The room and balcony were very clean. The breakfast had everything you'd need to set you up for the day. There is a small bar which is open until 9pm. It was lovely sitting in the garden. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Overall, fantastic value for money.

I loved my stay at Penzion Rožič. Janja was amazing - so hospitable with a wonderful sense of humor. The lodging is comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect for access to the lake and sights and outdoor activities nearby. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious - highly recommend the goulash. The morning breakfast buffet had a variety of options - my favorites being the homemade appleasauce and plum jam. Highly recommend spending a few nights at Penzion Rožič. .

Excellent choice to begin our multi day hike. Simple, no- frills, big terrace. Able to walk to excellent restaurant for dinner and village market/grocery/little cafe. Communal refrigerator we were able to use.

This is a wonderful guesthouse in a peaceful location! The room was very comfortable and the on-site pub was perfect! It’s a short (curvy!) drive from the valley below. However if you are looking for a beautiful quiet place, look no further. The staff was very friendly and helpful too!
