Location. Close to the Tlaquepaque Market. Sitting above Oak Creek was wonderful. Our room had a balcony. We watched the humming birds and all the night stars from our balcony. We also enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine the Inn gave us to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary.

There isn’t enough room to write about all the things we loved at this place. The courtyard is a wonderful place to sit and relax. Everything was kept up beautifully and the swing chairs are extra comfortable. The shower in our room was huge and great shower pressure! This is so rare In hotels and we were indeed impressed.

The Penrose is a beautiful property with incredible views of Bell Rock and Court House Butte, right from our balcony! Our breakfast was delicious (be sure to share any dietary restrictions during check-in so the staff can properly prepare) and the staff were extremely attentive and kind. We were also only a short walk away from some amazing hiking trails around Bell Rock, which saved us a lot of headache having to drive to a busy trailhead. We will definitely be coming back!

For someone who is very picky and selective about overnight stays, this stay was amazing and exceeded my expectations! The location and view was AMAZING! It was my partner and I’s anniversary and his birthday for our weekend stay. We had an amazing time and at night time the stars were visible from our private patio. The whole house was decorated with beautiful Christmas lights as well and was very up to par with its cleanliness. The area was very quiet and you could not hear the cars driving by at all being close to the street. It was such a beautiful trip. House was maintained in top shape and house keeping made our bed to perfection overnight and cleaned our room for us as well. Host made us feel very welcomed and at home! Thank you!

The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Every corner of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, was meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed. The ambiance was tranquil and serene, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, and I felt fully relaxed throughout my entire stay. Whether it was the calm, comfortable room or the stunning surroundings, every element of the hotel made it clear that they care deeply about providing a luxurious and restful experience. I had the pleasure of experiencing the breakfast, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dining area, I could tell it was going to be a special experience. The breakfast was ample, containing farm fresh eggs, candied bacon, and sourdough waffles. Since it was close to Valentine's day, they made the breakfast even more special by providing bananas to dip in chocolate and handmade chocolate hearts. It was rounded out by freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and coffee. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with impeccable service. I will definitely be returning for another stay soon!

Peaceful and restful home away from home experience. The attention to detail to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay was outstanding. Hosts were attentive and so welcoming. The house had its own garage with private entrances, situated close to all attractions and amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the stargazing at night from my private upstairs balcony. Sunset and sunrise vista views of the Bell rock from the property were spectacular. This spot is the Total relaxation package, highly recommended.
