Ridgeview is a very beautiful boutique hotel, with a nice garden and a terrace with a view of the harbour. The room was very comfortable, with very convenient amenities provided and renewed everyday. The garden and terrace were very relaxing (if you do not mind the monkeys on the surface of the building), and just sitting on the terrace was a treat. The landlady, Vasantha, is a very knowledgeable and caring person who goes out of her way to take care of her guest. She gave me very valuable information about Durban and South Africa in general and took very good care of my safety during my stay.

A beautiful house near the beach. The rooms (with kitchen, dining and sitting area) are very spacious and very tastefully decorated. Also a large terrace with beautiful garden furniture. In the garden a large swimming pool with sunbeds. Everything was also spotless. A very tasty breakfast.
