My wife and I stayed at Casa Selva for two weeks and had a lovely stay overall. Angie was an approachable host and was always on-hand to address our queries and needs. The volunteers working with her were great too - shout out to Maelle, Edouard and Bahar! Our room was clean and cosy, and we liked the decor of the entire compound with artful touches all around. The common kitchen also came with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. There are pottery workshops on offer at the property if you're interested too. The location within the Estadio-Laureles neighbourhood is excellent. It was a short walk to the Estadio metro station, as well as Calle 70 with bars and restaurants. There are also at least two supermarkets nearby too (Jumbo and Exito). Overall, the vibe of the neighbourhood is quite pleasant, and we didn't feel it was noisy despite the property being only a block away from Calle 70.

At Hospedaje Oasis Blue Laureles Medellín, each room comes with a seating area. Good location and having a communal kitchen was nice in order to reheat leftovers.

Origen Hostel Jardín is a recently renovated guest house in Jardin, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. It’s a cozy, beautiful furnished and VERY clean little hostel. Perfectly located but still quiet, good equipped kitchen, lockers and even a little workout area. Staff was attentive and the door was either locked or someone was around. Overall I felt very comfortable.

I love everything, the cleanliness, the security, Esteban's hospitality, the neighborhood, the room was very comfortable, and the laudry and drier were extremely helpful.....I basically felt at home. I couldn't be more grateful to Esteban for making my stay in Medellin, remarkable.
