Tucked away in a peaceful, green setting, it offered the perfect escape from city life. The owners are welcoming, kind and attentive without ever being intrusive. You can feel the care they’ve put into every detail, from the cozy, well-kept space to the carefully prepared breakfast. If you're looking for a quiet retreat full of charm and nature, you won't find a better place than this!

At the bed and breakfast, the traditional restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and cocktails and serves local cuisine. Very cute hotel, close to the beach, and the staff was amazing and always available to help. The rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was good and the restaurant/bar fairly priced.

We stayed at Casa Shambala for one week and we truly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is amazing and just like in the photos. Everything is clean, modern and well taken care of. The owners were friendly and we felt very welcomed. We also had breakfast there every morning and it was great; every morning we had something different (scrambled eggs, cakes, crepes/pancakes, fresh fruits and juice..). The B&B is located approximately 200m from the beach and the main road where you can find restaurants and shops. Even though the main road can be quite busy, the pool area is quiet and we almost had the pool just for ourselves :) I have high standards for accommodations but I can definitely recommend Casa Shambala - you won’t regret it!

The hosts Esther a d Pierre were extremely friendly, garden is so beautiful with many birds and the refreshing swimming pool, eco-friendly and sustainable accommodation, where everything is thought out in details, even Swiss plugs :) and such a various breakfast. We initially booked only 1 night, but came back for another :) Everything as in the pictures, but better!

We loved everything, especially the hospitality and all the lovely pets, the host are by far the kindest, and we are deeply thankful, we wish we could have stayed more and hope we will see them again

Each room is equipped with a coffee machine, while some rooms are equipped with a patio and others also offer garden views. Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip throughout the Dominican Republic! From the location super close to the beach, the super attentive staff at reception with free coffee there every morning, the beautifully decorated little houses in the midst of a lush garden, this place fully deserves a 10/10 rating. We would stay here again :-)
