An American breakfast is available at the bed and breakfast. Very good location, and very clean. I needed help with my flight that was canceled that couldnt been solved with the app, and the nice lady called the airline company with her phone and helped me arrange another flight, I had to stay an extra night and got a nice discount.

The neighborhood was quiet. We had a nice shower. There were not many stores and restaurants nearby. We ordered delivery food. They have a kitchen in the common area and we were able to find some utensils. The owner is a very nice guy. He gave us a lift to the airport at 5am for only 25 soles.

Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.
