A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

Very convenient location - a few mins walk from a metro station and near a lovely crafts market. There is a small supermarket across the road which is convenient. The room was well equipped and even had a washing machine which was handy after a week of travelling. Staff really nice and helpful. Note that the entrance to the building is from a little alleyway in between two buildings- but still very safe.

I must say that this apartment is excellent in every way. When you enter, you get the best welcome and Anna and her husband are very kind and a good family. The location of the apartment is excellent and close to shopping centers and supermarkets and Russia Mall. The apartment has many facilities such as high-speed internet, microwave, washing machine, heating, gas, air conditioner, smart TV .. etc. and it is very clean. The speed of the Internet and Wi-Fi is so good that I can watch my favorite programs using the YouTube smart TV service. I thank Anna for all the facilities and kindness and I suggest you use her apartment for your stay.

We stayed in a family apartment with two bedrooms and were very pleased! Spacious, bright and all the necessary appliances, everything in excellent working condition. Each bedroom and the living room had its own air conditioner — a real lifesaver in the summer heat. The location is perfect: shops, cafés, and main attractions are all nearby. We especially appreciated the private parking space in the underground garage — convenient and secure. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
