First of all Matthew the host is such a nice guy, helpful and there for any questions. Second of all it’s in an amazing location, beautiful views, quiet and so peaceful with nature surrounding you you really get the feel of being in Costa Rica I highly recommend this place and really enjoyed our time! Definitely needs a 4x4 to get to the place however it’s recommended to rent a 4x4 in Costa Rica no matter where you go because of the roads.

Staying in wooden house surrounded by jungle, nature, animals sounds, flying birds and all the green around was amazing! View from the balcony is spectacular, we relaxed and had a great time, even saw a Tuckan very very close :) kitchen is well equipped, we didn’t lack anything and felt very comfortable. Swimming pool was clean and kids had a lot of fun there :) 10/10, worth recomanding! As an advantage I can add closeness of Nauyaca Waterfalls, if anyone is planning a visit, the bungalow is a perfect location.

Small hotel for comfy staying. I like personal of this place, especially owner Gilberto🙌 He helped us in any questions- about some things to buy for convenient living at hotel, because it’s new one, about life in Uvita and people there) Apartments with a kitchen and living room in one space, bedroom and bathroom. One conditioner in the bedroom, sometimes at noon became hot) Big balcony, where I had practice yoga every day, fans at living room and balcony. We had all for long time living there and it’s grate) Swimming pool, where you can relax. Majestic sunrise and sunsets there, I woke up without an alarm clock to the sounds of birds singing at 5 am- it’s magical and amazing!)))

Jorge and his Father were very sweet, nice and relaxed. Their little house was cosy, good equipped and what's important - it was better and bigger than it looked on the photos. Thank you for a great stay and your marvellous hospitality - Pura Vida 😊

Staying at this place was an absolute joy. The house is beautifully designed and very well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of stunning plants, adding a tropical charm to the surroundings. The swimming pool is fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, the location is excellent, just a short distance from Marino Ballena National Park. We’d love to come back!

The house was immaculate, pool a treat, everything we needed for our stay. Much bigger than it looks in the picture and very close to the national park. Very happy thankyou. 😊

Kitchen was very well equipped. Rooms were very nice and spacious. WiFi was very fast. Gabby, the host was incredibly helpful with booking tours, taxi's, activities, buses and happy to answer any other questions we had! There were regular Macaws in the tree by the pool. 10 min walk to big supermarket or 10 minutes to the park and beach

I loved my stay at Ibiza tropical beach villas. The property is well located, at a short walking distance to the beach and a short drive from the city center of Uvita. The accommodation was beautiful with a great attention to details and breakfast was amazing.

We stayed here for four nights, in mid-March, and everything about this property and our stay, exceeded expectations. (This was my fifth time in Costa Rica and this was the nicest property I have ever stayed in.) We intentionally headed further south than previous visits, seeking a quieter, less-frequented village. We also wanted to explore Playa Ballena, which ended up being a 10 minute walk away from Uvita Paradise. When we arrived, we were personally greeted by the manager, Casey, who provided us with a tour of our apartment and the amenities. (There is secure parking, as the property is behind a large gate.) She answered every one of our questions, was easily accessible via whatsapp (after hours) and, along with the housekeepers (who did our laundry for free!!) made us feel like we were staying in a boutique hotel. The property is stunning! Pictures don't do it justice. It really is "Paradise". We stayed in one of the bottom floor apartments, with our two children. It was big enough for all four of us and the king-sized bed was, by far, the most comfortable bed we slept in during our weeks-long adventure in Costa Rica. The kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater, but there were several restaurants just a walk away, that we frequented daily. (We highly recommend Que Tuanis Cafe!) We enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces, accessible all day and into the evening. There were other guests staying there, but there was plenty of space. The kids also enjoyed the playground, just two minutes away (walking). We met kind locals and felt like we were living "pura vida" in every way. If you are looking for a piece of paradise, with easy access to the nearby - gorgeous - beaches, we highly recommend Uvita Paradise. We will absolutely return!

The host is a super nice guy and gives really good recommendations. The house itself is very nice and clean. The pool is also very clean.
