The room vas very clean. The owner was very friendly and projected very good energy during entire stay . He also followed up with me multiple times to ensure that I arrive before 21:00 because if not he would leave mi keys so I could enter later myself. The value for money was for me extremely good as I needed to sleep and take shower only. Everything was meticulously clean.

The property was in a quiet area about 20min drive by car to Stuttgart city Center and a 10min drive to Stuttgart Messe. The apartment was super clean and stacked with everything you need for a short weekend trip. The communication with the host was great. The location was ideal, just a ten-minute walk from the subway with beautiful scenery and convenient amenities. Great location, very clean. Rooms had fans that kept everything cool. Really more than we expected. Host was super helpful. Area was quiet, house is well built that helps keep any sound out. Was allowed to park in the court yard versus the street which was a big plus.
