Just read the other comments and believe every word of them :D Really! This is a small paradise hidden between a bunch of other huge hotel complexes. With plenty of parking, perfectly cut green grass, green lemon and other trees, tall palm trees, a big clean pool with blue water, a nice little building with about 20 rooms (all looking towards the garden). It is very very clean, thanks to a very very lovely lady, who didn't just cleaned the room spotlessly, but even folded the kids clothes. She always had a few nice words, asked us if everything is fine each time we met. The place has a very nice owner, who welcomed us warmly, asked us about our trip, he was smiling while telling us about his trip to our country once. He told us to come and ask if we have ANY wishes, questions, problems. The room had everything we wished for. (did I mention how clean it was?) It had plenty of space for the four of us, there was a small kitchen part, a coffee machine (we got new capsules once we used up all of them), a fridge with 2 big bottles of mineral water waiting for us, dishes, cups, mugs, good WIFI, air conditioning, in the bathroom there were towels, shampoo and shower gel, soap, toilet paper... Really, everything we needed... We didn't cook, but ate cold food on the balcony each day, looking down on the little paradise called garden. All this is located in the middle of the town, there are tavernas, super markets, gift shops, just about 50 meters away. There is a small hidden door that you can open with a key on your room key to shorten your way to the closest beach by making it 100m instead of 500m. We had a car, so we were traveling across the island, but even if you don't, the bus stop is also 50m away. I'd say this place is perfect!

The host was very hospitable and kind from the very beginning of our stay at Peter’s Place. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Everything requested (e.g. beach towels) was provided. The location is excellent (close to the old town, Lindos, Faliraki and all the nice beaches like Tsampika). Before checking out, the host provided us with some gifts (local honey and drink) and told us that we could check out later than the predetermined time so that the checkout time would better align with our flight. Overall, we felt very welcome at Peter’s Place and the host made us feel valued, rather than just being solely interested in taking our money.

Cozy, clean, quiet, comfortable. Exactly like in the photos. 2-3 minutes walk away from 3 great restaurants. Less than 10 min drive to one of the famous beaches in Rhodes and about 10 min drive to Old Town. The host is welcoming, friendly and very helpful with info about the island.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious. The bed comfortable. It was sparkling clean. The safe in the room came in handy. The kitchenette comprises of a stove top, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster. There was ample parking on the premises, Breakfast was to my liking. The breakfast room is new. I had a balcony where I could watch the sunset. It is a family owned and operated business. They take care of their customers.

First and foremost, Eleni is an amazing person; she is incredibly kind, friendly, sympathetic, and always willing to help. Our room was located on the second floor, offering a direct view of the beach and the sea. The view from the room was fantastic. Our main reason for choosing a hotel with a kitchen was to prepare meals for our baby, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The room was tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Accessing the hotel by car was easy, and having a parking space was a big plus. The hotel is very close to the center of Faliraki, and it takes about 30 minutes to drive to Rhodes center.

    Very nice villa with a beautiful garden, turtle, jacuzzi, pound with fishes! Everything was clean, kitchen has all kitchenette stuff, close to the city center. The owner is very helpful and pleasant woman. I definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay an Nicoles’s place!

    The size of the villa was amazing for our party of 9. A mix of family. We never felt crowded. The layout was great. The pool and area was lovely and cool inside. The kitchen was home from home with everything you would need at hand. The views were outstanding. Overlooking Falaraki Bay. The location is in between Falaraki and Kalithea with everything less than 10mins drive.

    The villa was spacious, with a gorgeous view. We loved the outdoor terrace eating area and in built bbq. We could walk down to the beaches and able to explore Rhodes old town in the evenings.

    The landlady was the nicest lady in the world! She brought us traditional food & parting gifts after our stay. The villa was big & clean, the outdoor area was very nice & the big pool was amazing. All kitchen/bathroom utensils worked fine, and every room had a working TV.
