My family and I felt for two weeks like what Greeks would call "Leventis" - a word that combines meanings like honorable, noble, respectable, dignified, distinguished and maybe even wealthy in spirit! Peace, views, nature all around, like a garden of Eden where all kinds of fruit grow and create refreshing atmosphere even during the summer heat. Perfect location: Very close to everything (beach, walking paths, port, shop, bakery, grill, restaurant, bus, rent a car, rent a boat) - and yet far enough from anything to truly relax. Family owners give you their heart, but also your space. Children friendly beyond words. On arrival, we were welcomed with homemade lemon sweet and a glass of water - a gesture that brought back memories of my grandparents, who always greeted guests with their own preserves made from white cherries or forest strawberries. It felt like a moment from another time, when life was slower, simpler, and more human - biological, not electrical. Oh yes, we will return here.

It is a really cozy room with a pretty garden. You have everything you need in the apartment! You can cook easily, make your own coffee, put stuff in the fridge with a freazer even a oven is included. You have a small balcony with few in the garden. The communication with the owner is easy in English and they offer you everything you want. They are really hearty and friendly! The accommodation is close to a little village with an awesome beach and cristal clear water.

This place exceeded my expectations. With a lovely sea view from the apartment, every morning was so beautiful. There is a big parking area next to the building which is very comfortable. Room cleaning was available every day and the lady was very kind 😊 The host Xristos is always smiling and so helpful. I can definitely recommend this place also for families with children. Thank you for everything ❤️🙏

Fabulous 3 night stay (Sept 12 for 3 nights). Delightful traditional house in lovely location. The stay was so peaceful, with stunning views. Mini markets and restaurants a few minutes away. Lots of hot water, and big fridge, which is always a good thing. Did I mention, so peaceful ! Efi, our host was so lovely and accommodating, picking us up from the port and giving us good advice. (Favourite place to eat - Plaza Louki) ! We will definately be back.

Evgenia and her family are so kind and helpful, they will help will all your requests. The villa is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The pool area and garden as are lovely and with an amazing view. Walking distance to a nice bakery/cafe, supermarket, bus stop and nice restaurants in the centre of Glossa. We found short nice hikes to do in the area as well.

    We really really loved Neo Klima and our stay ay SK Studios. It was a perfectly small, quaint village with beautiful sea views. Located on best side of island with really amazing beaches to explore. The loft are was perfect for kids to have their own space.

    Great location - bakery just downstair making great donuts and coffee, grocery just opposite. Very nice view to a small village port and the beaches of Elios and Hovolo. The owner is very nice person, very helpful. For sure we come again despite this year very inconvenient ferry time table.

    Lovely open sea and mountain view from balcony,well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed good value for money. Walking to village less than 10 mins with very good food. Good base for exploring the area.

    The house is clean and well equipped. Air conditioning working very well (important when it's getting very hot). The host (Ioannis) is very helpful and answering quickly to any question or request. The house is located very close to the Hovolo beach (walking distance) so it's very convenient for a relaxing day. Other very nice beaches are reachable in short time (from 10 to 25 min drive). In the Neo Klima village there are some nice tavernas and bars. Boat rental is very close as well.
